    So here is the challenge.

The reason that I titled the blog 'Only Warriors Could Get This Done' is that many have tried this before and failed.

This has been tried by non profits, NGOs, governments and private businesses.

I'm challenging all Warriors to break the 80/20 rule.

When a normal or average organization looks to grow through referral, statistics show 20 percent of the clients refer 80 percent of potential new clients.

These '20 percenters' are the bird-dogs in the organization. They get the big vision of what you are trying to do and they will do whatever it takes to introduce people to your product or service.

We see this in practice during the Compassion Christmas Card Campaign.
We are saving lives in practice and around the world through Chiropractors with Compassion, but only a certain small percentage of clients or patients are willing to engage.

We refer to them as the clients that 'GET IT' and they refer everyone that they know who is sick and suffering.

They make the appointments for their friends or family members, they drive them to the appointment, they come with them to the report and they even offer to pay for their care.

    Crazy isn't it?

Others will simply say, 'I don't know anyone'.

    WHAT??

    Here is what's happening;

It's not that the referring clients are the only ones that 'get it'. Most of your clients understand the benefits of your service.

They have experienced the miracle of better health but it's only a few who are willing to look beyond themselves and risk their own reputation on you.

Most are afraid of looking foolish if things don't work out.

So Warriors, this is your chance to step into fear and refer someone to Warrior. Not just refer but ensure that they get to a Warrior event in 2016.

Why am I challenging you to do this? Because lives are on the line.

Most of you know that I recently had a radical mastectomy with a sentinel node biopsy to remove a malignant tumour in my left breast. Yes, guys get breast cancer too.

During my recovery I received dozens of emails and personal visits from current clients and Warrior alumni.

Here is what most of them said.

"Thank you for your and Ed's continued investment of time, energy, and sacrifice into Warrior Coaching because before Warrior:

    • My practice was failing.
    • I was stressed out to the max.
    • My marriage was suffering.
    • It was all about me.
    • I didn't know how to serve.
    • I was afraid to take risks.
    • I was not in good physical shape.
    • I didn't know the Lord.
    • Since Warrior, everything has changed. All of the above has improved."

I believe that each and every Warrior is extraordinary and therefore Warrior Coaching is not bound by the 80/20 rule.

I believe that during your quiet time with God, He will place a burden on your heart for someone.  Someone that you will be responsible to bring to a Warrior Coaching event in 2016.

Your responsibility is simply to get them to a Warrior Coaching event. The rest is up to them.

This is going to be scary and will be a risk.
Warrior Coaching is not your run of the mill program. I get that.

We talk about God, we make people run, we start at 5 in the morning.

You are afraid of what your friend/colleague will think.

Who cares?  Lives are on the line.

There are plenty of opportunities for guests to experience Warrior in 2016.

We have 3 one day seminars coming up in Toronto, Calgary and Atlanta. Then there are 3 Tactical Trainings in Vancouver, Seattle and Lake Placid NY.

Finally there is Leadership Summit 2016 in Toronto. The theme for LS2016 is 'Life is Amazing' and it will also be a Warrior Coaching Alumni event.

Well, there it is. How much can Warrior Coaching break the 80/20 rule?

Get alone with God.  Pray, listen and obey.

    God Bless,

    Coach Yurij

Thanks Yurij for be so vocal about the miracle of Chiropractic and Warrior. I'm really confronted by this AND I know it's all coming from my fear of rejection / loss of reputation!

I am the LION and they will hear me ROAR.

Great post!! Recently while on a trip with a church group to Israel-- the most common question was how did you come to have a personal relationship with Jesus?-- for me the answer was simple WARRIOR COACHING -April 2004. I shared with lots of people regarding Warrior Coaching and how incredible it is to help you to train to actually live the life that we were created for. Hopefully, we will see Amber and her husband at Warrior (chiros from S. Carolina) and Travis from Moncton as well.

God has recently been healing up my heart and transforming it to more of a servant heart for others-- hence the stepping into speaking the TRUTH!! We must take ACTION!!

I also wanted Yurij and Ed to know that I put a written prayer for supernatural growth of WARRIOR into the 'WAILING WALL'-- part of the Western Wall in Jerusalem-- facing the area where the HOLY OF HOLIES was years and years ago. Prayers are always answered, but the power of the Spirit there was palpably strong.

Like Reverse Tithing, the Warrior 80/20 rule is that 80% of Warriors get it and refer others to save their lives, families, and practices/businesses.

    Stay strong together!
