    What is Your Question? Love is the Answer!

    Day 140 July 27, 2018 Enhancing Human Performance

    Two weeks ago I was in a park on the shores of Lake Ontario early in the morning looking for a place to sit down and do my morning time. There were a few benches facing the water with plaques on them honouring departed family members. As I walked along the shore, I stopped to read all the plaques and finally came to the last one and it simply read, "Love is the Answer".

    It really spoke to me as I am on this journey of discovering the depth of God's love for me and how His love transforms me.
    Today I want to share that my journey continues with ups and downs, but I am definitely making progress.

    I have also talked to a bunch of you Warriors that are getting along on the same journey, and it's amazing what God is doing. The following is an excerpt from an email I received this week from Advance Warrior Sheldon Cook that really shows how profound and impactful this journey is.


    "I feel like God has been revealing himself to me in a new and exciting way by being led by His love for me and recognizing my love for Him-His love changes everything!

    His love changes my belief, my standards, how I view and engage in my relationships, my words, my actions.

    By living my day through my "love lens" there is an opportunity for Him to transform all aspects of my life.

    So simple yet so profound. It makes my focus of "do it unto the Lord" real and tangible.
    It ensures that I am not disqualified because of yesterday.  
    Today is a new day.
    There is no separation or condemnation by living in and through God's love. I know the enemy can take me out here as I can feel like I didn't do enough, or I don't deserve Him and His love, or I don't measure up. God's love takes care of that.

    Yurij, God's love gives me an expectation and certainty of transformation. As I mentioned, even filling out my performance sheet this month was different. It's His love that allows me to walk day to day in my new name! I can trust more, abide more, have more freedom. As He draws me closer and closer to Him and I become more and more dependant on Him and His love, my capacity to love is greater.
    Come on really?!?! If that doesn't get you excited..."


    It gets me excited! Love is the answer.

    Day 21, my patience with people has increased. I'm feeling less in a hurry all of the time to do things. Makes it easier to relax, recharge, and be fully present with my family and my patients. The changes are subtle so far, but there's no question that I've been able to trust God more in His process in my transformation rather than my expectations. It's made each day this summer more refreshing.

    That is an incredible share! It has been quite the journey for me as well. Really hearing His voice more clearly and being led into things with absolute certainty but they were not on my radar at all before. Quite amazing!     Since officially starting this “project” just over a week ago I have started to notice that I have more patience for others to let them be who they want to be... this is so freeing because I have a history of using up so much vital energy in my thoughts, words and actions trying to fix or change people.     I found by doing this project that God's love makes things more clear and separates more black and white instead of being foggy gray. I also found that I have naturally less desires for worldly distractions, such as movies or alcohol. In fact, I am going now 0 alcohol tolerance and enjoying being more in His presence. The coolest thing is that it's all happening organically. Love does changes everything!
