That sounds like a pretty tall order. To live our lives like Jesus did.
Of course that would be impossible, as Jesus lived a sinless life and we are all sinners. But the Bible clearly calls us out to be
of Christ. In order to get an understanding of the life of Christ, you have to read the Gospels.

My advice is to read the Gospels as a
story of the life of Jesus. Don't necessarily do an in-depth inductive study at this time.
Read it as an intriguing story on how Jesus lived, with the mind of how
you need to model what Jesus did.
The gospels are rich with the stories from eye witness accounts of the apostles Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John about the life of Jesus.
They are recordings of His parables and teachings on the meaning of the Kingdom of Heaven and what it looks like to be a follower of Christ.
The stories are plentiful: multiplication of food, calming of storms, healing of every kind of sickness and disease, and raising the dead to life.
The only way to begin to understand the life of Jesus (and therefore how we are to live our lives) is to immerse ourselves in the Word.
Read the Word.
Meditate and marinate and absorb the Word. Jesus is the Word!
Over the next 4 or 5 weeks during your morning time, read the Gospels.
Spend a little less time journaling and just read and absorb. Read a translation that is easy to understand. Perhaps pick up a copy of The Message and read that as well.
Also in your spare time read the gospels. Between patients or between meetings, read the Word. Take a fast from time-wasters like TV or the computer and instead invest your time in reading the Word.
My prediction is that as you read the Gospels, Jesus will begin to transform your heart and He will instruct you on how you need to change to be more like Him. It will be awesome!
It will be your next step in becoming more Full Out.
One of my favourite scriptures is a very simple but rich (and oftentimes convicting) parable: The Parable of the Hidden Pearl. In the parable, Jesus describes the Kingdom of Heaven.
Matthew 13:44 "The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. 45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. 46 When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it." NIV
That is what I call All In and Full Out.
How does that differ from what you are experiencing right now?
This is a life long journey that we are on.
Jesus is not expecting perfection but he does want engagement.
The next step in your journey happens right now.
