    The Transformation Continues: Day 118

Get With the Program July 5, 2018 Enhancing Human Performance

Today is day number 118 and the breakthroughs are starting. As you are aware I have been intentionally focusing on God's love during my morning time with an intention to see if God's love will transform me in some tangible and recognizable way. I'm challenging you to do the same. For more details on this, please see my previous two blog entries.

My focus the last two weeks has been to continue to ask God how I can perceive His love and receive it in an ever more tangible way, and also to stay in communication with Him throughout my day. I have to tell you that it's getting pretty exciting! After close to 120 days I'm starting to be able to silence the inner critic, the devil, and the world, and keep my eyes and ears focused on Jesus more and more.

    It's a different world.
Last week I was sitting on the deck at the cabin in the middle of the woods and could see and hear differently. There was a change in the vibrancy of the colours. The blues in the sky were bluer and the greens in the trees were greener. The sounds of the forest were crisper, birds singing and the small animals scurrying among the leaves were clearer. I cannot explain it other than God is showing me how different things can be when I focus on Him instead of myself and my problems.

I don't want to get into it this week too much, but as a quick update He is also transforming my eating and drinking habits as I had hoped would happen. More on that next week.

Keep up the good work. Post your journey in the comments section.

    Love you,

    Coach Yurij

Thank you for the challenge, Yurij! Today is Day 11 and my focus has been on His love as a Father and receiving that live as His child. I believe this will have an impact on how I love Him back and how I love others, especially my own children!

Amen Yurij! Awesome story! Your journey inspires me to walk more with Him, and less with me. As I continue to do this I am experiencing the “More” that He has promised! Thx for the coaching!!

I really got serious about this God’s love project after our last call. I’ve journaled almost every day since and that was a big one for me as I saw it sliding lately. The best part so far is I’m hearing His voice instructing me in my daily life and my trust in acting on those promptings has made some huge impacts on the people around me let alone my astonishment of it. Thank you for this project as I’m now on day 35 and feeling God’s love and loving and trusting God more than ever. Thanks Yurij!!

I started to ask the same question of God, and got distracted by “the world”. Today I start again. Thank you for the reminder.

Thank you for sharing your journey. It is so easy for me to focus on the worldly things and why I cannot have what others have. When I take the time to celebrate God's creation my heart shifts into love. Everyday I can witness with a sense of awe the beauty of wildlife and the environment We share. When I choose to be in awe, I know I serve my family and community with love and respect. I need to be in awesomeness more and more.

This is my first time reaching out and I feel it is God's work because Yurij's comment was exactly what I was attempting to do. I feel like I need affirmation and this has helped, so thank you Warriors.

118 days in and the breakthroughs are starting? How many times have we -- have I -- given up on a new habit or a goal after only a couple weeks, or even days in?? Thanks for mentoring and modeling for us PERSEVERANCE Coach!
