Here it is, the ultimate Warrior challenge.

I think that all you Warriors out there would agree that the more you think about yourself and serve yourself, the less you grow in every area of your life.
Perhaps surprisingly, the opposite is also true.
If you think about others and serve others you will experience exponential growth.

    I'm Coming to Your House

I'm sure you have heard it said that you can assess a person's character and integrity by what he/she does when nobody else is looking.
In Christian circles we are reminded that when nobody else is looking, God still sees everything.

Go for Your Goals: Drop In!

    DropIn
It's February and the beginning of a new year.
A clean slate, a promise of a new beginning.
Up here in the north it's like a blanket of fresh, pure, powder snow soon to be marked by NEW TRACKS from boots and skis and snow shoes.

I don't know about you but when I'm at the top of a mountain about to make fresh tracks, I often wonder what is just beneath the surface.
    Any surprises under there?
The call of adventure is pounding in my chest but the question of sanity is ringing between my ears.
Certainty and doubt are opposites and yet they often get stuck together.

    The Customer is Often Wrong

    CustomerIsn'tAlwaysRight

That's right, you heard me correctly.

    The customer isn't always right!

As your practice and business grows and you begin interacting with more and more clients/practice members/patients, you will start to get feedback about how you run your business.

Customer feedback, solicited or not, is sometimes dangerous because it can lead to ineffective practices and unnecessary complexity.

    INSPIRATION
can be fleeting but when you get inspired it's time to get to work.

Inspiration can come at any moment; after a seminar, during morning time or during vision time.
Heck, it can even happen in the shower or on the toilet.
But when it comes, it's time to take action because if it's left on the shelf to think about, it will be gone by tomorrow.

    Life is Amazing!

Your life that you are living right now is amazing.
The fact that you are able to stay living is amazing.
The life power that animates your body is amazing.
That life that is so precious and so fragile is amazing.
    Eternal life is amazing.
That one statement 'Life is Amazing' has so many different facets to look at and so many angles from which to approach it.

    Merry Christmas, Really

    Merry Christmas
I was talking with a few Warriors on my one on one calls yesterday morning and there was this common unsettled feeling.
It was because of the constant in your face commercialization and consumerism of Christmas.
It's easy to get jaded and enter into the Christmas holidays very 'un-merry'. Add travel, bad weather, change in diet, poor sleep patterns, lack of exercise, sugar induced child hyperactivity, a little alcohol and some family drama and there goes the Merry.

A Quick Glance in the Rear View Mirror

Goal setting is known to be one of the greatest indicators of future success
    .

We have all experienced or heard stories about people writing goals down in a journal or on a scrap piece of paper and finding the paper years or decades later and seeing that many or all the goals that were written down and long ago forgotten were brought into reality.

I've read studies showing that out of an entire graduating class only 5% will have written goals and decades later these goal setters represent 95% of the wealth from that class.

    Finding Joy at Work

    November 16, 2015

Reaching out to others feels risky most of the time.
Serving in love at the office can be terrifying.
Somehow, society has dictated that we are not to love and serve from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. That time is reserved for work and business.
From 9-5 we are to be different: professional, tough, distant, sterile, mechanical.
We spend the better part of our lives at "work".  Should we compartmentalize it as different from the rest of our lives?

Should work relationships happen in a separate silo or be part of an integrated whole?
